Hello all, hope you're doing well. Now onto another weekly riff and this week a riff written by someone who was in my top 10 most inspirational guitarists post. This riff comes from a much underrated band and guitarist in my opinion. A band that have never really reached the popularity that they deserve. The band? Supergrass. The guitarist? The one and only Gaz Coombes. The riff? Diamond Hoo Ha Man!
Supergrass formed in 1993 and their first album I Should Coco was released in 1995 with critical acclaim and some quality tunes on it. Even[...]
Hello everyone and welcome to another post in the series of Hero Worship, where I take a weekly look at someone who I think is a Guitar Legend. This week is the turn of Blur guitarist, Graham Coxon. Hello everybody and welcome to another edition of Guitar Duel. Even though it is a day late. Last week saw Angus Young take on Kirk Hammett. Rolling Stone magazine placed Hammett 85 places higher than Young in their 100 Greatest guitarists poll, but you guys didn't see it like that, with Young winning by with 20 votes to Hammetts 13. Woah you guys really felt passionate about that one. They were neck and neck until a few days ago.
Anyway now on to this weeks guitarists.
